The results of the project on promoting female academic excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics through innovative mentoring will be published in high-level peer-reviewed journals, such as, for example; Science, Gender and Society, Women's Studies International Forum etc. Also, during the project, junior and early career researchers will publish their individual research findings in high impact factor journals and as book chapters to be published by book publishers in Germany. Their individual manuscripts will first be reviewed by mentors then the mentees effect corrections before submitting for publication. In fact, the process from writing manuscripts to publication in STEM will be a mentoring process.
